Dr. Fabiano Okware is a respected Ugandan scholar, leader, consultant, and community-minded professional whose career has been shaped by service, discipline, and a clear sense of purpose. Academically, Dr. Okware holds a PhD in Commerce, Business Management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, an MBA from Ndejje University, a Master of Management Studies from Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ndejje University, a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from UICT, and further training in management, pedagogy, governance, consultancy, publishing, and project management.
